Frequently Asked Questions

Can I tame creatures if I do not pick the Beast Tamer class?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to tame to their hearts content. However, only Beast Tamers (and Farmers for FARM tames, Magisters for Magical tames)have exclusive selling rights. So you can not sell your tames unless you chose the role of Beast Tamer. You can partner with a Beast Tamer to offload your tames if you so wish. But direct sales can only go through select role.

What tames are limited to being sold by farmers?

Anything that deals with your typical livestock. Bison, Equus, Dodo, Bees, Ovis, and various other production tames use for farming. (dung beetles, Achatina, etc)

How many bases can I have?

You are allowed to have TWO base locations, and no more. There will not be special cases made for this rule. Please be respectful when building your bases, and give other plays adequate space to expand if they so wish to. Do not build within render of other players bases.

What are the Tek limitations?

We do not allow building with Tek materials. While we do allow for Tek saddles and weapon/armor to be use, tek building pieces themselves (tek walls, pillars, foundations etc) are disabled on our servers.

What is the max wild level?

The maximum level of wild creatures is level 180. Tek creatures and wyverns spawn at a max level of 228.

Can I sell/trade items not related to my class?

In order to offload items not related to your own class, you need to sell them or trade them to someone of the proper class. So an artifact would get sold to an Adventurer, a tame to a Beast Tamer, a draconic steak to a Magister, etc.

Can I pick multiple classes, or switch classes during chapter progression?

We do not allow sub classing. We have tried it in the past, and it caused players to recluse into their own tribes and stop interacting with other players.

As for switching classes, you have ONE week to switch from your initially chosen class. In order to do this, create an admin ticket and we will walk you through the process. This will include total base demolition, and the return of any of your initial class starter items. Doing this will forego any progress you've made in your initially chosen class, and allow for fair playing field with other players. You are welcome to make a new character at any time, just please let us know to demolish your old base structures. Creating an all new character allows you to change classes as well.

I noticed I can craft an item that does not belong to my class, can I use this structure?

While we do have an engram locking system in place, it is not perfect. This means things do slip through from time to time, or glitch out. Please do not use items that are not related to your initial chosen class. If you are caught utilizing these items in any way shape or form, then you are subject to having the structures demolished via admin team. If you suspect anyone of using items not partnered to their classes, please open a case via an admin ticket. This also means that if you are in a tribe with a person that is another class, you can not use their crafting stations. Please stay true to character and only utilize class specific engrams.

Why is there a maximum tribe class limit of 3?

This is to keep players from gaining a tribe structure of all of the included classes. When players do so, they tend to not interact with the community, and our goal here is to work together to build a wonderful community.

How does the chapter system work?

Every few months (3-4) we switch rotating maps. This allows for a fresh start for the community to choose new roles or classes, create entirely new characters, and allow for a fresh map change to keep story progression engaging and interesting. We will eventually have a map that remains constantly to be used as a "Home" map location. At the beginning of each chapter, transfers will be limited for the first 2 weeks to just characters.
